BBMS School Accountability Report Card 2016-2017

By February 1 of each year, every school in California is required by state law to publish a School Accountability Report Card (SARC). The SARC contains information about the condition and performance of each California public school. Under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) all local educational agencies (LEAs) are required to prepare a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), which describes how they intend to meet annual school-specific goals for all pupils, with specific activities to address state and local priorities. Additionally, data reported in an LCAP is to be consistent with data reported in the SARC.

Students, Check Your MERIT Points By Clicking Here!

The MERIT Program (Meeting Expectations Realizing Individual Talent) rewards students for striving to be their best. Students can earn MERIT points for excellence in Athletics, behavior, attendance, academics, and participation. As students earn these points, they move through the following levels: Citizen, Councilperson, Mayor, Governor, Representative, Senator, Vice President, and President. With each rank received, students are rewarded with privileges and activities commensurate to their current ranking.

2016-2017 Revised School Calendar

Attached is the revised school calendar for the 2016-17 school year. Please note that the middle school does NOT do early outs. We have late starts on every other Monday as does the high school. Also, we do not do conferences the first week of October.
