Dear BBMS Families,
We will be having our Annual Athletics Physical Night on Friday, June 9th!
This Physical Night will be for the 2023/2024 season. If your incoming 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student wants to play a sport they will need a physical. The cost is $20.
6th Grade- 5pm
7th Grade- 6pm
8th Grade- 7pm
Physical examinations are required for all
BBMS athletes. NOTE: Athletes may see their own
physician if desired. Proof of physical must be
uploaded to Athlete Check before playing sport(s).

Dear BBMS Families,
Field Day will be on Monday, June 12th. This will be an all day event. Please have your student wear appropriate clothing for getting wet. We will be in the sun, so you may want to send your student with a hat and sunscreen.

STEAM Night will be on Thursday, June 1st from 5pm-7pm!
We look forward to seeing all of our BBMS Families!

Dear BBMS Families,
8th Grade Promotion will be held on Tuesday, June 13th. It will start at 4pm on the BBHS athletic fields. 8th grade students should arrive to BBHS gym by 3:15pm. There is no limit on the amount of family members who can attend. Promotion Dance will follow from 7-9pm at the Wolf Creek Resort & Hotel. Students must be eligible to attend both events! We look forward to seeing our Students and Families at Promotion!

June 12th, 13th, & 14th will be Minimum Days. Dismissal is at 12:25pm!

Dear BBMS Families,
Lutheran Social Services of Southern California will be providing free school supplies on Sunday, July 23rd, from 1-2pm (while supplies last).
It will be at the Ski Park ~ 41216 Park Ave. Big Bear Lake, CA!

Dear BBMS Families,
Child Nutrition Services will be providing free grab & go summer meals for children ages 1-18, from June 20th- July 14th! They will be distributed at BBHS & BBMS. BBMS is from 11:00am-12:00pm. BBHS is from 12:00pm-1:00pm. Parent pick up available, children must be present at time of service.

Dear BBMS Families,
Homework Club will be every Monday & Tuesday from 2:23-4:10pm. Homework Club is located in room B-6. Buses are no longer available, you will need to pick up your student or have them walk home.

We will be having a School Site Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 9th. The meeting will be from 2:30-3:30.
